WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

In the case of manufacture defect or incorrect order, all items come with a 15-day money back guarantee from the date the product is received by the buyer. It is of customers’ responsibility to inspect the the product within 15 days of receipt. Outside of this time frame, we cannot offer refund of any kind.
If the item you receive is defective or incorrect, please email us the order number and pictures of the said product to info@boopdogwear.com We will send you a replacement as soon as possible or provide you a full refund on the item.
Please note, that all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received with no visible wear, order or animal hair.
Once your return is received and inspected, upon approval-your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
All denied returns will be donated to local animal shelter.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not provide monetary refunds if the item does not fit or if you change your mind. Please follow our size guide and double check before placing the order.
